A Patient Participation Group (PPG) consists of a group of patients who volunteer to be directly involved with the local practice, meeting regularly and working closely together with the practice staff to feedback and share ideas to help improve the services provided in the area.
So, whether you're up for volunteering or just feel like sharing your thoughts and ideas, this is your opportunity to make a difference.
We're always on the lookout for volunteers to join the PPG, but even if you haven't got the time to spare we still want to hear from you.
Your experiences—both the good and the not-so-good— they all matter, and all will be shared and followed-up with the practice.
All feedback is important and will always be discussed in confidence and, where appropriate, we work together with the practice staff on providing suitable solutions and responses.
It may not be possible to act positively on every suggestion, but all feedback is valuable and welcomed.
If you are looking for medical advice or to make an appointment with the Practice, take a look at the "Next Step" graphic that follows, this will help you with what to do next.
For non-medical advice or perhaps to request some information you can message any volunteer on the PPG.
The practice is a member of Arc PCN which comprises six Bucks practices collaboratively working for the well-being of over 85,000 people.
Arc PCN goes beyond just the clinical, it takes into account the non-clinical stuff that also impacts your life. Housing, social interactions, education, all this and more have a huge influence on the ups and downs of your day-to-day life.
There's an incredible amount of information and support available to all who might need it, and Arc PCN will help you get the best from it.
